Job summary

Cricut in Utah is seeking an Analytics Engineer to combine data engineering and data analysis for the Customer Care organization, reporting to the Corporate Business Intelligence team.

You will manage the full lifecycle of Customer Care data—from sourcing, integrating, and transforming data across multiple support systems into reliable analytical datasets, to analyzing that data and delivering actionable insights that support operational and business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, CS, statistics, information systems, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in data analytics, analytics engineering, or related roles.
• Strong SQL skills with complex queries and data transformations.
• Experience with contact center data sources (ACD, CRM, ticketing, chat).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain analytical tables and datasets for reporting and dashboards.
• Ingest and transform data from contact center systems into clean datasets.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across source systems.
• Develop and apply AI models to analyze transcripts and feedback for insights.
• Own end-to-end analytics workflow from source systems to dashboards and insights.
