Job summary

Pantheon is seeking an Analytics Engineer to own end-to-end data modeling and semantic layer development in a fast-moving, cloud-based WebOps environment. You will partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to translate business questions into scalable data models and self-serve analytics products.

Collaborating with the Data Platform team, you will ensure data quality, define metrics, and help shape how Pantheon uses data to drive GTM, post-sales, and other domains across the org.

Qualifications

• Experience building dbt models and data marts on Snowflake.
• Ability to translate business questions into data models.
• Define and enforce consistent metrics across the org.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics modeling lifecycle for GTM/Lead-to-Customer or Post-Sales domains.
• Develop and maintain the semantic layer for BI.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, CS, and RevOps to design models.
• Define and document metric definitions and segmentation.
• Build self-serve data products for business partners.
• Collaborate with Data Platform to validate data and source new data.
