Job summary

Greystar’s D²AI team seeks an early‑career Associate Analytics Engineer to turn data into products that drive business decisions. You’ll work alongside a Decision Intelligence pod, learning goals, workflows, and challenges while delivering dashboards, models, and lightweight apps.

You’ll collaborate with partners, build data models, and apply AI tools to create practical solutions, growing your technical skills and business understanding over time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; internships, co-ops, academic projects count.
• Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python.
• Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in your work, coursework, or personal projects.

Responsibilities

• Use SQL, Python, Databricks, and AI-enabled tools to analyze data and build data products.
• Work directly with business partners to understand problems and turn them into practical solutions.
• Build and maintain reliable data models, dashboards, analyses, and other analytics products.
• Use AI tools and automation as part of your day-to-day development workflow.
• Validate data quality and help ensure the products you build are accurate, reliable, and well documented.
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical partners.
• Take on increasing ownership as your technical skills and understanding of the business grow.
