Job summary

Fyul is seeking an Organic Marketing Strategist to lead quarterly organic planning, manage campaigns across email, SMS, and social channels, and optimize automation. You will collaborate with design and growth teams to deliver mobile-friendly emails and compelling content for multiple client accounts.

Ideal candidates are self-starters with strong analytics skills (Google Analytics) and excellent communication.

Qualifications

BA/BSc in Marketing or related field.
Ecommerce experience is a plus; agency experience is also a plus.
Self-starter with the ability to self-teach if necessary.
Proficiency with analytic tools such as Google Analytics.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Ability to maintain excellent colleague and client relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead quarterly organic marketing planning for assigned clients.
Own task management and timelines with design team.
Develop strategies and implement marketing campaigns on email, SMS, organic social media and other channels as assigned.
Strategize, build and optimize email/SMS automation for efficient and effective email programs.
Leverage segmentation strategies for optimal results and deliverability.
Work with the Design team to create optimal, mobile-friendly email templates.
Write email/SMS copy, produce simple creative images and videos; coordinate with design for complex creatives.
Work with clients to secure organic social posts and develop organic social content as needed across clients with design support as needed.
Ensure all assets are QA’d and obtain client approvals when required.
Develop promotional discount strategy with Growth Strategy team; own promo code setup and execution.
Strategize and add home page banners updates on assigned client accounts via Shopify.
Monitor analytics weekly and produce monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports; present results to clients.
Leverage data from multiple sources (email platforms, GA, Shopify) to improve traffic and customer journey.
Monitor competitor organic marketing programs.
Continuously learn about digital marketing and keep up with industry changes; communicate changes to clients and team.
Work closely with teammates and clients, and take initiative.
