The role emphasizes building an analytics-driven product pipeline, presenting validated stories to stakeholders, and developing cross-functional relationships across organizations and countries.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Data Science, ML, Statistics, Genomics, or Computational Biology.
• Familiarity with R, Python, or similar statistical/mathematical programming tools.
• Experience building data models and delivering actionable analyses.
• Ability to present complex quantitative results clearly to teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maximize use of large-scale genomics data to support DNA genotyping and sequencing workflows.
• Independently perform bioinformatic analysis, programming, and experimental design.
• Maintain and use advanced bioinformatic pipelines and databases for data mining and visualization.
• Contribute technically in a fast-paced team to accelerate analytics-driven product development.
• Develop reporting on inputs, outputs, interpretation, and KPIs.
