Qualifications

• PhD candidate in Engineering/CS/Applied Math or (Bio)Statistics.
• Undergraduate degree in Engineering/CS/Applied Math or (Bio)Statistics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with internal customers at various levels.
• Ability to work well in a team and cross-functionally.
• Strong organization, documentation, prioritization, and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and document software for advanced data analytics in biotechnology.
• Apply machine learning and statistics to support process understanding and optimization.
• Create data analysis workflows for mining, pre-processing, and visualization of data.
• Develop code in Python, R, and other languages.
• Support mining of process data from IT systems and databases.
