Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a data analytics professional to provide basic database analytics and reporting services to clinicians and customers. You will gather data requirements, translate them into technical specs, and deliver dashboards and reports to improve performance.

You will work with diverse data sources, validate outputs for quality, and document data workflows for continuity. A degree or equivalent experience is required; Snowflake experience is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4 years of work experience in data analytics.
• Experience with data analytics, data modeling, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, R, or STATA.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar data platforms is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate complex data for stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Gather and document data requirements from customers and translate into technical specs and workflows.
• Design data solutions by analyzing source systems and selecting appropriate analytic tools.
• ETL/ELT: extract, transform, and load data into the database as needed.
• Create standard or custom reports, dashboards, charts, and tables; distribute outputs to stakeholders.
• Validate outputs for data quality, reliability, and integrity; ensure auditability and traceability.
