Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a data analytics professional to provide basic database analytics and reporting to clinicians and customers. You will gather data from multiple sources, define requirements, and create metrics to improve performance.

You will design solutions using various tools, perform ETL, and produce dashboards, charts, and reports. A healthcare background is helpful, with strong analytical and communication skills required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree as a minimum; Master’s preferred.
• AI experience is a plus.
• Snowflake experience is preferred.
• Programming languages include Python, SQL, R, or STATA.
• Excellent analytic skills and data troubleshooting.
• Healthcare background helpful but not required.
• Excellent written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and document data requirements from customers. Translate requirements into technical specifications, processes and workflows.
• Examine business requirements and source systems to design solutions using various tools. Produce deliverables using appropriate analytic tools.
• Extract, transform and load basic data into database using suitable tools.
• Produce standard or custom information like reports, dashboards, charts, graphs, and tables from data sources. Query data and distribute reports to stakeholders.
• Examine and validate outputs and metrics to ensure data quality, reliability and integrity.
• Document project assignments with technical documentation including source-to-target mappings and outputs.
• Interpret data and deliverables in simple business language for executives and clinical staff; summarize information with effective visuals.
