Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a data analytics professional to provide basic database analytics and reporting for clinicians and customers. You will gather data from multiple sources, examine it, and create metrics to improve performance.

Responsibilities include requirements definition, developing solutions with SQL/Python, ETL as needed, and delivering reports, dashboards, and visualizations. Strong communication helps translate findings for executives and staff.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1 Year of Experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and document data requirements from customers and translate into technical specs.
• Design solutions using various tools by analyzing business requirements and source systems.
• ETL: Extract, transform and load data as needed using appropriate tools.
• Produce reports, dashboards, charts, graphs, and tables from data sources and distribute to stakeholders.
• Validate output and metrics to ensure data quality, reliability and integrity.
• Document technical specifications including data sources, mappings and output requirements.
• Translate data deliverables into clear business language for executives and clinical staff.
