Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in Lansing, MI seeks a data analyst to deliver basic database analytics and reporting for clinicians and customers. You will gather data requirements, translate them into specifications, and produce dashboards and reports.

The role emphasizes data quality, cross-functional collaboration, and clear visualization to support decision-making. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in a related field and experience with Python/SQL; Snowflake knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related work experience.
1 year of experience in data analytics.
Master's degree preferred.
Experience with Snowflake and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Gather and document data requirements from customers and translate them into specs.
Design solutions using various analytic tools based on business requirements.
ETL basic data into databases using appropriate tools.
Create reports, dashboards, charts, graphs, and tables from data sources.
Validate outputs to ensure data quality and integrity.
Document technical specs, mappings, data sources, and outputs for continuity.
Present data in clear business language for executives and clinicians.
