CoStar Group is seeking an Analytics Data Engineer II for the Homes.com team in Arlington, VA. The position focuses on designing scalable data infrastructure and end-to-end pipelines to power internal insights and customer-facing experiences.

The role emphasizes data quality, BI development in Power BI, and collaboration with product, marketing, and sales. Hybrid work arrangement with in-office Mon-Thu and remote Fridays is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of SQL, Python, PySpark, data warehousing, and BI tools experience.
• 2+ years of data engineering tools, pipeline creation, and management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data infrastructure design and deployment.
• Define tracking strategy and data requirements with product/engineering teams.
• Develop data quality and pipeline monitoring procedures.
• Design warehouse architecture and ETL processes for analytical and front-end use cases.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to deliver accessible data resources.
• Lead business analysis to help stakeholders access and interpret data.
• Develop scalable BI solutions in Power BI on curated datasets.
• Apply data science techniques to curate datasets and model Homes.com insights.
• Partner with Data Science to productionize models and explore AI-driven use cases.
