You will own data modeling, pipelines, and AI-ready data, collaborating with analysts and engineers to improve decision-making and project performance.

The role emphasizes building scalable data foundations, applying software practices to analytics code, and enabling trusted BI datasets with Power BI and Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering or related field.
• Experience designing and optimizing data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Strong Python programming skills for data engineering tasks.
• SQL proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and own dimensional data models for reporting, analytics, and data science.
• Define shared metrics and entities for faithful dashboards and models.
• Translate business processes into scalable schemas with downstream users in mind.
• Build and maintain a tested, version-controlled transformation layer (dbt/SQLMesh).
• Apply software engineering practices to analytics code (CI/CD, reviews, environments).
• Support semantic layer feeding Power BI for trusted datasets.
• Prepare AI-ready data and build pipelines for ML features and unstructured sources.
• Audit AI-generated code and validate against compliance and performance standards.
• Design validation frameworks to test and benchmark LLM outputs.
