Real Staffing is seeking a Data & AI Engineer to join the Group Data team in Irvine, CA. You will help architect, build, and optimize data solutions across departments while exploring practical AI use cases as data maturity grows.

The role emphasizes laying groundwork for AI adoption, delivering hands-on data engineering work, and collaborating with stakeholders to define governance, security, and scalable data platforms in a U.S. context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of development with Snowflake and Talend Cloud.
• 5+ years of experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• 5+ years of expert-level SQL experience.
• Experience with Openflow and Python.
• Curiosity about AI/ML or GenAI tools; strong learning aptitude.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills to explain complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable data solutions to support AI use cases.
• Define data governance and security controls.
• Collaborate with business units to test AI-enabled analytics.
• Maintain ETL processes, Data Lake, MDM, and related platforms.
