Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking an Analytics Consultant focused on AML and Financial Crimes to analyze risk models and support the Compliance Program. You will work hybrid in Charlotte, collaborating across teams to address regulatory requirements and drive risk management initiatives.

The role emphasizes SQL data analysis, BI reporting, and partnering with senior leaders on enterprise-level efforts within a large organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Crimes, AML, Fraud or Compliance Analytics.
• Strong SQL skills: writing, editing and executing queries.
• Experience analyzing, tracking, and reporting data in Financial Crimes domain.
• Knowledge of AML models, customer risk and regulatory requirements (BSA/AML).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze AML risk models including Customer, Product, Country and Industry Risk to identify trends.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to support risk management efforts.
• Contribute to complex, high-impact projects and strategic planning initiatives.
• Support design and enhancement of Financial Crimes Compliance Program per regulatory requirements (BSA/AML, AML, CTF, Sanctions, Fraud).
• Develop, revise and maintain policies and controls for emerging financial crime typologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive analysis of AML risk models, including Customer Risk, Product Risk, Country Risk, and Industry Risk, to identify trends, anomalies, and potential exposure.
• Tableu Engage effectively with colleagues, management, and cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and risk management efforts.
• Contribute to complex projects with significant business impact and play an active role in strategic planning initiatives.
• Support the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the organization's Financial Crimes Compliance Program, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements such as BSA, AML, CTF, Sanctions, and Fraud regulations.
• Develop, revise, and maintain policies, procedures, and controls to address emerging financial crime typologies, risks, and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Crimes, AML, Fraud, Operational Risk, Sanctions, or Compliance Analytics
• Strong experience with SQL (writing, editing, and executing queries)
• Experience analyzing, tracking, and reporting data within the Financial Crimes domain
• Knowledge of AML models, customer risk, and regulatory requirements (BSA/AML)
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range: Between $53- $57 per hour. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
