Job summary

Rigaku seeks an Analytical X-ray Systems Specialist to service and maintain analytical equipment across the United States, with occasional travel to client sites.

You will troubleshoot, install software, train customers, and complete service reports; travel to Rigaku factories in Japan may be required.

Requires an associate degree in Electronics Engineering, valid driver's license and passport, and ability to obtain security clearance; clean room environment experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain analytical X-ray equipment and related devices at customer sites across the United States.
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic and mechanical problems of analytical X-ray systems.
• Install and modify system software as needed for equipment applications.
• Provide customer training on alignment and use of analytical systems.
• Complete installations of X-ray generators, optics, detectors; perform maintenance and repairs.
