Eurofins PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a skilled scientist to support an Analytical Development client team responsible for characterizing oligonucleotide and mRNA-LNP products. You will design and execute molecular biology and cell-based assays, analyze data, troubleshoot challenges, and contribute to method development, qualification, validation, and transfer.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Bioengineering, Biochemistry or related field with 3+ years of relevant industry experience or M.S. with 1+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Hands-on laboratory experience with pipetting, liquid handling, sample preparation, and safe handling of biological and chemical materials.
• Hands‑on experience developing, optimizing, and executing nucleic acid assays (qPCR, RT-qPCR, dPCR, ddPCR) including primer/probe design.
• Proficient in immunoassay‑based analyses such as ELISA or MSD.
• Experience planning and conducting experiments, data analysis, troubleshooting, and documenting results.
• Knowledge of GDP/GLP and MS Office tools.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, optimize, and execute molecular biology and cell-based assays for oligonucleotide and mRNA-LNP characterization.
• Plan and conduct experiments with minimal supervision, including sample prep, data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
• Contribute to analytical method development, qualification, validation, transfer, and routine execution.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and improve assay performance and lab workflows.
• Translate assignments into clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables while adapting to priorities.
• Maintain accurate electronic lab records and document procedures.
