Job summary

Eurofins PSS in Berkeley, CA is seeking a scientist to support late-stage cell therapy analytical assay development, qualification, and testing across GMP environments. You will design, execute, and optimize assays, analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and communicate results to internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include documenting methods and reports, presenting data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to keep projects on schedule while maintaining laboratory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant industry experience; GMP assay validation preferred.
• Experience supporting late-stage development or regulated labs preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Candidates located within commuting distance to Berkeley, CA encouraged

Responsibilities

• Support late-stage cell therapy analytical assay development, qualification studies.
• Plan, execute, and optimize analytical assays and validation studies.
• Perform experiments, analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and communicate results.
• Prepare and present scientific data in technical reports and meetings.
• Provide status updates on activities, risks, and timelines to project teams.
• Support preparation and review of assay-related documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable timely project execution.
• Contribute to lab operations and general compliance
