DuBois Chemicals, Inc. in Sharonville, OH is seeking an Analytical Scientist I / Applications Engineer I to deliver technical service and support for surface finishing product lines.

You will assist sales and service teams as the technical SME, helping retain customers and generate new business opportunities. Collaborate with R&D and Marketing to develop training materials, provide startup and troubleshooting support, and participate in trade shows as required.

Qualifications

• Chemistry/science education or equivalent experience in surface finishing.
• Ability to work with sales and service teams as SME for product lines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support/service for surface finishing product lines.
• Interface with customers and sales/service teams to win and retain accounts.
• Collaborate with R&D for product development and training materials.
• Train customers, troubleshoot and assist with start-up applications.
• Plan and execute projects to create new business opportunities.
• Communicate professionally with customers and field teams; support trade shows.
