Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, Biochemistry, Biophysics, or related field with 0–2 years work experience.
• Experience with analytical techniques for protein and/or peptides.
• Strong data analysis and documentation skills.
• Understanding of regulatory expectations for analytical testing.
• Willingness to travel and participate in global rotations.
• May require some weekend or evening work hours and conference call time to meet global team time zones and job expectations.

Responsibilities

• Support testing of biologics using analytical testing (e.g., HPLC, ELISA, cell‑based assays).
• Support method development, qualification, and validation.
• Conduct protein characterization, forced degradation, and stability studies.
• Analyze data and ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with Process Development and Quality teams.
• Support protein formulation development.
• Lead or support internal innovation initiatives.
• Engage in leadership development and mentorship programs.
