Analytical Sciences Leadership Track

Scientist II to Sr. Scientist I, Analytical Sciences.

A total of 24‑month rotation with 1st rotation for 12 months in the U.S., followed by two or three rotations for 3–6 months each. One of the rotations will be in China. Specific rotation plans can be customized.

Job Summary

The Global Emerging Leaders Program (GELP) is a 2‑year rotational leadership development program designed to cultivate future business and technical leaders within WuXi Biologics. Participants gain hands‑on experience through cross‑functional rotations, strategic project work, and exposure to global operations. Mentorship by director‑level and above senior leaders throughout the rotations. Candidates who successfully complete the program will be offered to join WuXi Biologics global network (not limited to the U.S. site) as manager to associate director levels.

The Analytical Sciences track focuses on developing expertise in analytical method development, validation, and characterization of biologics to support product quality and regulatory compliance. Drive continuous improvement in the lab setting and lead innovation projects.
