Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in biologics antibody manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years in downstream production management role.
• Hands-on experience in GMP manufacturing environments.
• Experience in supporting commercial manufacturing operations.
• Ability to translate GMP requirements into daily execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily downstream manufacturing operations.
• Lead downstream activities for manufacturing deliveries.
• Implement operating model and manufacturing standards overseas.
• Build and develop the overseas manufacturing team.
• Serve as technical lead for downstream processes transfer.
