Responsibilities

• 85% Complete requests for analysis and programming.
• Design reports and data structures to meet complex business needs.
• Prepare detailed specifications from which reports are developed and coded.
• Task execution is based on project management methodology.
• Respond to, triage, mitigate, and resolve issues, concerns, problems, and constituent-based indications that assigned implementations are not working as expected.
• Create ad hoc queries using SQL for data requests and auditing needs.
• 10% Create and maintain documentation, e.g., setup documentation for training, user procedures, internal policies, disaster recovery, and incident response plans.
• 5% Staying well-informed about new systems analysis and programming techniques is encouraged.
• Perform related duties as required or assigned.
