Job summary

St. Louis Community College is seeking an experienced data architect/analyst to manage the ODS and data warehouse, develop enterprise reporting, and support Cognos, Tableau, and Power BI environments.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in data systems.
Extensive experience with relational databases and Oracle SQL/PL-SQL.
Experience with Banner ODS and higher education data workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage development and maintenance of data warehouse and CI/CD practices.
Plan and support enterprise reporting system across Cognos, Oracle, and BI tools.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Evaluate user requirements and translate into technical specifications.
Design and maintain data extracts for institutional reporting.
Lead SDLC adherence and change management processes.
Provide after-hours on-call support as needed.
Coordinate with analysts, developers, and business users on projects.
