Job description

Job Title: Quality Lab Technician

Location: Wilmington, DE

Base Pay Range

$20.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Contract Duration: 6-12+ Months (potential extension)

Shift Timings: 12pm-9pm

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control testing on a variety of in-process and finished products.
• Maintain documentation and assist in compliance with the Quality lab system.
• Provide accurate and timely results of testing.
• Use computers to record, document, report, and communicate.
• Conduct calibration and standardization of instruments as needed.
• Execute common laboratory processes and procedures.
• Assist with the development of tests for new methods and procedures as needed.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years relevant experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing support functions including Quality Control is a plus.
• Ability to effectively perform analytical test methods according to standard operating procedures.
• Knowledge of common laboratory processes and procedures such as preparation of buffers and chemical standards along with good math skills.
• Experience with HPLC, ChemStation software, and column loading is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate and cooperate in a team environment.
