Main Purpose of Role

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate the activities of a team of laboratory staff to ensure work complies with the organisation's guidelines.
• Responsible for monitoring laboratory operating procedures to ensure that experiments and analyses are conducted within established budgets and according to scientific standards.
• Monitor all activities to ensure that the team’s resources are used effectively.
• Make and record observations.
• Perform simple calculations.
• Collect and prepare data for evaluation.
• Conduct laboratory support functions such as stocking and distributing supplies and equipment, arranging and dismantling apparatus, and collecting, washing, and storing glassware.
• Perform technical and record-keeping duties in conformance with company and regulatory policies and standards to meet quality and accuracy requirements.

Compensation

The base pay for this position is $60,000.00 – $120,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
