Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in a scientific/engineering field or related experience.
• Hands-on experience servicing analytical lab instruments (HPLC/UHPLC/LC-MS/GC-MS).
• Working knowledge of GMP/GxP, GLP and safety in regulated environments.
• Ability to document preventive/corrective maintenance and service actions.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on analytical instruments (Waters HPLC/UPLC, LC/MS, GC/MS).
• Execute PM and corrective maintenance on ESG-supported lab equipment.
• Support IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and qualification activities under GMP/GxP.
• Create audit-ready service reports and maintain equipment documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers/technicians and coordinate with vendors and operations.
