Ingevity in North Charleston, SC is seeking an Analytical Instrument Technician to provide comprehensive analytical instrument support to QC and technical groups. You will oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshoot instrument issues, and support the development of QC test methods.

A BS in chemistry or chemical engineering with 5+ years in industrial analytical testing is required, along with hands-on experience with GC, HPLC, GPC, IR, and NMR.

Competenze

• BS in chemistry or chemical engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years' experience in quality or analytical testing in an industrial environment.
• Experience in maintenance/service of analytical equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to train others in the use of analytical equipment or new processes/procedures.
• Excellent communication of technical and operational activities verbally and in writing.
