Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Laboratory Instrumentation & Quality Specialist to manage instrument projects, data integrity, and cGMP-compliant systems in support of the pipeline.

Responsibilities include authoring protocols and SOPs, coordinating with QA, vendors, and validation boards, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining regulatory alignment across sites.

Additionally, the role involves supporting audits, mentoring staff, and contributing to process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have theoretical and practical knowledge and experience in analytical development including international pharmaceutical regulations and cGMPs.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects related to laboratory instrumentation and data integrity.
• Author and review quality documents (SOPs, protocols, reports).
• Coordinate with internal/external partners to align scope and timelines.
• Lead instrument activities to support pipeline priorities.
• Support audits on instrumentation and data integrity topics.
