Qualifications

• Minimum experience: PhD 0-3 yrs, MS 3+ yrs, BS 6+ yrs in analytical development

Responsibilities

• Conduct analytical testing and data review with interpretation and recommendations for project decisions
• Design and execute technically challenging experiments with high reliability
• Support method validation per ICH/FDA guidelines and ensure robust validation
• Collaborate cross-functionally on development teams and document results accurately
• Maintain lab equipment and electronic lab notebooks; supervise junior staff if needed
