Job summary

Vertex Pharmaceuticals in Boston is seeking an Analytical Development Principal Research Associate to perform and support analytical method development for cell therapy products and other biologics in an on-site role. You will conduct lab experiments, run sample tests, analyze data, and maintain high-quality documentation.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with cell culture, flow cytometry or immunostaining, and the ability to present findings to cross-functional teams

Qualifications

Hands-on analytical method development experience for cell therapy or biologics.
Experience with GMP-like documentation and quality/compliance expectations.
Ability to design, execute, analyze data and interpret results with scientific judgment.

Responsibilities

Lead experiments to support analytical method development and lifecycle management for cell therapy programs.
Design, plan and conduct sample testing and data analysis with timely results.
Maintain clear, compliant documentation of experiments and results.
