Qualifications

• PhD in Analytical Chemistry or related discipline with 9+ years of industry experience, or BS/MS with 15-18+ years of industry experience.
• Proficiency in mass spectrometry including LC-MS/MS method development, data interpretation, and impurity profiling.
• Experience with nucleic acid‑based therapeutics and nanoparticulate delivery systems is an advantage.
• Ability to lead a team, manage priorities, and communicate across cross-functional teams.
• Authoring and reviewing regulatory CMC content and supporting regulatory filings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as analytical subject matter expert across methodologies (LCMS, RP-HPLC, SEC, SAX, CGE, spectroscopy, fluorometry).
• Own the analytical control strategy and CQAs for final LNP drug product.
• Plan, coordinate, and perform sample analyses to support objectives.
• Lead method development and transfer to manufacturing or external partners.
• Recruit, train, and lead analytical scientists; manage timelines and cross‑functional alignment.
