Qualifications

• 1-5 years of commercial property management experience required.
• Distinctive financial and analytical skills.
• Comfortable creating, modifying, and reviewing financial spreadsheets using Excel.
• Ability to communicate and present ideas in a professional and highly demanding environment.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Self motivated, can multi- task, personable and team player with experience in a fast paced environment.
• Commitment to values and strong business ethics are required.
• Bachelor's Degree in business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring an excellent tenant experience.
• Assist with property budget, vendors' scope of work and bidding and approval of operating expenses.
• Promote efficiencies and cost reduction initiatives to improve the financial performance of the property while ensuring excellent service to the tenants.
• Keep day-to-day monitoring of service vendor performances to assure full compliance with scope of work established in the service agreements.
• Assist with capital and tenant improvement projects.
• Work with outside vendors, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Assist in coordinating maintenance programs relating to the condition and appearance of the property.
• Responsible for prompt and positive response to requests from property tenants, assess tenant needs and assure problems are being solved promptly.
