Job summary

Pace Analytical Services seeks a knowledgeable chemist/biochemist to provide analysis and oversight of standard chemistry/biochemistry programs. You will guide testing, interpret results, and help ensure adherence to SOPs and policies.

You will consult with staff and leadership, support cross-functional teams, and participate in project planning and quality assurance activities within a busy lab environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry/biochemistry or closely related field.
• Strong knowledge of standard chemistry/biochemistry principles and procedures.
• Experience with standard testing tools, instruments and calibration.

Responsibilities

• Provide fundamental analysis using standard analytical instrumentation per SOPs.
• Review, analyze, interpret and document testing results.
• Oversee or review, complete and process chemistry/biochemistry forms and databases.
• Advise staff and management on chemistry policies and practices.
