Job summary

You will contribute to method validation, process improvements, and training, while ensuring data integrity and effective communication of findings to quality leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 3–5 years in a regulated analytical laboratory (cGMP/cGLP/ISO 17025/USP/A2LA).
• Experience with sample preparative chemistry and wet chemistry analysis.
• Advanced proficiency with HPLC, UV-Vis, and other analytical instrumentation.
• Strong data integrity, documentation, and regulatory compliance skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex analyses, including HPLC, potency, and impurity testing.
• Lead sample tracking, test execution, and result reporting for accuracy and compliance.
• Troubleshoot unexpected results or equipment issues independently.
• Maintain instruments, calibrate, and perform advanced troubleshooting.
• Review SOPs and mentor junior staff; support audits and inspections.
• Contribute to method optimization and high-volume workflow management.
• Communicate findings to laboratory and quality leadership.
