Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field is required.
• Master's or PhD in Analytical Chemistry is preferred.
• Experience with analytical method development, verification/validation, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, verify, and validate analytical methods to support NPI and process improvements.
• Perform analytical testing of raw materials, in‑process samples, intermediates, and finished products.
• Analyze, interpret, document, and communicate results clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Support method transfers to Quality Control and collaborate with R&D scientists.
• Maintain and troubleshoot instrumentation (HPLC, GC, GPC, UV‑Vis, FTIR, Karl Fischer).
• Ensure lab documentation complies with ISO, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to audit readiness and maintain a safe, organized lab.
