Nalley Consulting seeks an Analytic Facilitator to craft effective training for national security missions. You will work with SMEs to define learning needs and advise on the right solutions to meet objectives, placing the learner at the center of the experience.

You’ll design material to support intelligence goals, leverage multimedia and blended learning, and review policy and doctrine publications. Expect collaboration across teams and ongoing curriculum updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in training course development or instruction, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities.
• Alternatively 7+ years in training course development or instruction, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities in lieu of a degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Willingness to take polygraph

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs to capture training needs and advise on learning solutions.
• Prepare training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.
• Develop engaging learning experiences on-screen or in classrooms using blended learning techniques.
• Provide lesson plans, presentations, and curricula; maintain materiel in the educational system such as Agile and Training Development Capability.

Position: Analytic Facilitator

Location: JBAB, Washington, DC

LCAT: Senior

Required clearance and polygraph: Active TS/SCI and willingness to take polygraph. Candidates with current CI poly conducted within the past seven years highly prioritized.

We have an opportunity for an Analytic Facilitator who is committed to solving some of the toughest challenges in national security by crafting effective training.

On our team, you’ll work with SMEs to capture your customer’s training needs and advise them on the right learning solution to help them accomplish their mission. Putting the learner at the center of the training experience, you’ll prepare training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.

You’ll use your technical skills, creativity, and experience to come up with new ideas to develop an engaging, interactive learning experience on-screen or in a classroom. You’ll recommend cutting-edge multimedia technologies and strategies, including blended learning, to build a successful learning environment.

You’ll meet with SMEs throughout the process to discuss learning material and incorporate feedback, review emerging policy and doctrine publications, provide feedback, and assess for incorporation into training products. You'll provide lesson plans, presentations, and curricula in support of educational goals, and maintain materiel within the assigned educational system such as Agile and TrainingDevelopment Capability (TDC).

Required qualifications:

• Experience working withbuilding and executing curriculum in different formats such as Blackboard and video
• Knowledge of instructional design, intelligence analysis tradecraft, and national security concepts
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree and3+ years of experience in training course development or instruction, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities, or 7+ years of experience in training course development or instruction, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities in lieu of a degree

Desired qualifications:

• Experience working in the Intelligence Community (IC)
• Knowledgeoftransportation and logistics systems, including railroads, roads or highways, bridges, storage facilities, ports, and airfields.
• Current CI poly conducted within the past seven years.
