Nalley Consulting, LLC is seeking an Analytic Facilitator to craft effective training for national security missions at JBAB, Washington, DC. You will work with subject-matter experts to translate intelligence needs into engaging lessons that can be delivered in the classroom or on-screen.

The role emphasizes learner-centered design, multimedia tooling, and agile content development to build impactful curricula that support intelligence goals and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in training course development or instruction, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities.
• 7+ years of experience in training course development or instruction, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities in lieu of a degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Experience with curriculum design and instructional material development.

Responsibilities

• Craft training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.
• Work with SMEs to capture customer training needs and advise on learning solutions.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and curricula; maintain materiel within the educational system (Agile and TDC).

LCAT: Senior Required clearance and polygraph: Active TS/SCI and willingness to take polygraph. Candidates with current CI poly conducted within the past seven years highly prioritized. Required experience and education: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in training course development or instruction, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities, or 7+ years of experience in training course development or instruction, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities in lieu of a degree.

Qualifications
We have an opportunity for an Analytic Facilitator who is committed to solving some of the toughest challenges in national security by crafting effective training. On our team, you'll work with SMEs to capture your customer's training needs and advise them on the right learning solution to help them accomplish their mission. Putting the learner at the center of the training experience, you'll prepare training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards. You'll use your technical skills, creativity, and experience to come up with new ideas to develop an engaging, interactive learning experience on-screen or in a classroom. You'll recommend cutting-edge multimedia technologies and strategies, including blended learning, to build a successful learning environment. You'll meet with SMEs throughout the process to discuss learning material and incorporate feedback, review emerging policy and doctrine publications, provide feedback, and assess for incorporation into training products. You'll provide lesson plans, presentations, and curricula in support of educational goals, and maintain materiel within the assigned educational system such as Agile and Training Development Capability (TDC). Required qualifications:

• Experience working with building and executing curriculum in different formats such as Blackboard and video
• Knowledge of instructional design, intelligence analysis tradecraft, and national security concepts
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in training course development or instruction, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities, or 7+ years of experience in training course development or instruction, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities in lieu of a degreeDesired qualifications:
• Experience working in the Intelligence Community (IC)
• Knowledge of transportation and logistics systems, including railroads, roads or highways, bridges, storage facilities, ports, and airfields.
• Current CI poly conducted within the past seven years
