Responsibilities

  • Oversee Treasury System template management.
  • Support creating payment upload files to Treasury System.
  • Liaise with internal clients for online reporting and bank questions.
  • Produce daily and monthly treasury reports and backups.
  • Suggest process improvements for treasury operations.
  • Manage global banking and wire payments.
  • Process wire payments and provide confirmations.
  • Support FX trades, contracts and settlements.
  • Coordinate account closings and maintain master database records.

Role Overview

Join H.I.G. Capital's Corporate Treasury Department as a Treasury Analyst, reporting to the Treasury Manager, located at our corporate headquarters. In this role, you will play a hands-on part in global cash management operations and a broad range of Treasury responsibilities, with special emphasis on serving as the liaison for the Treasury Management System. This is an excellent and ideal opportunity for the right professional to combine their System and Banking knowledge with a dynamic global company, and to grow their career at the intersection of finance and technology. This is a hybrid role located in our Coral Gables, Florida office.

Role Responsibilities
  • Treasury Systems Oversee Template Management in the Treasury System
  • Support Creating Payment Upload Files directly to the Treasury System
  • Serve as the Liaison to internal clients for online reporting and bank related questions
  • Daily and monthly reporting for Treasury Operations bank reports, statements, confirmations and treasury backups to Accounting and Audit Staff
  • Offer recommendations for Process Improvements
  • Global Banking and Wire Payments
  • Perform Wire Payment processing for various internal and external company transactions
  • Wire transfer initiation, funding support for various intra company accounts
  • Provide wire and SWIFT confirmations to internal clients and accounting teams
  • Perform FX Trades & Contract confirmations and settlement operations
  • Work closely with the Treasury Manager and Treasury Staff, and serve as back-up when needed
  • Work on Special Projects for the Treasury Dept. as required
  • Check deposit EFTPS payments
  • Bank Account Database Management
  • Coordinate account, closings
  • Maintain accurate and complete records in the master account database
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field is required.
  • Minimum of 1-2+ years experience in a Banking or Global Finance Environment
  • Proficiency using online bank portals with Wires, ACH, EFT and FX Transactions
  • Excellent Data Analysis, MS Office skills, particularly Excel Macros, V-Look Up and Pivot Tables
  • Extremely detail oriented with strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and demanding environment.
  • Ability to communicate to executive leadership.
  • Excellent time management skills, communication, decision making, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve moderately complex problems.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional and team environment.
