Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 1–2+ years experience in Banking or Global Finance.
• Proficiency with online bank portals for Wires, ACH, EFT and FX.
• Strong data analysis and MS Office skills, especially Excel Macros, VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills; able to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Treasury System template management.
• Support creating payment upload files to Treasury System.
• Liaise with internal clients for online reporting and bank questions.
• Produce daily and monthly treasury reports and backups.
• Suggest process improvements for treasury operations.
• Manage global banking and wire payments.
• Process wire payments and provide confirmations.
• Support FX trades, contracts and settlements.
• Coordinate account closings and maintain master database records.
