The CIB Structured Finance-IC6 researches, analyzes, and prepares support documents and client presentation materials as requested by the team and management. Writes offering memoranda and engagement letters. Analyzes companies from a financial, operational, competitive and industry standpoint. Builds complex financial models utilizing Microsoft Excel. Performs transaction due diligence. Ensures compliance with all policy, legal and federal regulations. Researches and analyzes industries and market data.

Base Pay Range: Minimum: $110,000.00 USD Maximum: $135,000.00 USD
