Santander Consumer USA Inc. is seeking a professional for CIB Structured Finance-IC6 in New York. You will research, analyze, and prepare support materials and client presentations for the team and management, and contribute to the creation of complex financial models in Excel.

The role requires 3+ years in product development or product management, with some financial services experience preferred. You will write memoranda and letters, analyze diverse companies, and ensure regulatory compliance

The CIB Structured Finance-IC6 researches, analyzes, and prepares support documents and client presentation materials as requested by the team and management.

  • Writes offering memoranda and engagement letters.
  • Analyzes companies from a financial, operational, competitive and industry standpoint.
  • Builds complex financial models utilizing Microsoft Excel.
  • Performs transaction due diligence.

Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required
Qualifications:
  • 3+ Years Product Development, Product Management, or related field. - Required.
  • 0+ Years Financial Services industry experience. - Preferred.
  • Ability to be flexible, adapt to changing priorities and prioritize deadlines.
  • Ability to manage and uphold departmental standards.
  • Process-oriented, detailed and strong aesthetic sensibility.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) with ability to learn new software(s).
  • Proven ability work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and project management skills.

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range:
  • Minimum: $110,000.00 USD
  • Maximum: $135,000.00 USD
