The CIB Structured Finance-IC6 researches, analyzes, and prepares support documents and client presentation materials as requested by the team and management. Writes offering memoranda and engagement letters. Generates offering memoranda and engagement letters. Performs transaction due diligence and manages communication with clients. Evaluates transactions against internal nomenclature matrix and ensures compliance with regulatory, policy and internal standards. In addition performs analysis on all transactional data. Conducts the required research and analysis. Supports all necessary work prior to the execution of any transaction.

  • 3+ Years Product Development, Product Management, or related field. - Required.
  • 0+ Years Financial Services industry experience. - Preferred.

  • Process-oriented, detailed and strong aesthetic sensibility.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) with ability to learn new software(s).
  • Proven ability work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and project management skills.

What Else You Need To Know

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range: Minimum: $110,000.00 USD Maximum: $135,000.00 USD
