Job summary

Optimize Search Group partners with a private equity-backed consumer services company to recruit an M&A Analyst / Senior Analyst. This role supports acquisition opportunities from underwriting to closing and collaborates with M&A leadership and investment stakeholders.

Responsibilities include financial modeling, due diligence coordination, building investment committee materials, and assisting transaction execution across the full deal lifecycle in a high-growth environment with ongoing

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or other transaction-focused experience.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Experience analyzing middle-market businesses and normalizing EBITDA.
• Strong understanding of M&A transaction processes and due diligence.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field.
