What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the development and refinement of processes within the Explorer market to ensure alignment with business goals and scalability
- Contribute to the design and implementation of systems and tools that enhance operational efficiency
- Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials for effective procedure adoption
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to support data-informed business decisions
- Generate monthly reports and data analysis to drive improved performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required
- 1+ years of relevant work and/or internship experience
- Experience using Google Sheets or Excel as a data management tool, including formulas and pivot tables
- Proven track record of accountability and project success
- Intense attention to detail and data quality assurance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Tableau, Monday.com, Mailchimp, and Google Suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
