Req#: 6644688002 Wayfair Professional is seeking an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join our Customer Interactions team. What you'll do:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to support the build and execution of sales tasking strategy
- Serve as subject matter expert in cadencing tools such as SalesLoft, GrayMatter, and Salesforce
- Source requirements from sales and develop business cases for new customer engagement strategies and technological improvements
- Partner with the Data Science team to develop experiment plans and estimate the impact of different outbound communication strategies
- Monitor sales tasking KPIs and make recommendations for improvement
What you'll need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitative field
- 1-3 years of experience in a quantitative role
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with experience in Python preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to extract insights from data
