Job summary

Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions Inc. is seeking a hands-on Analyst Relations professional for a hybrid role based in Plano, TX (Boise, ID also possible).

You will drive the AR program, build relationships with key analysts, and coordinate cross-functional efforts with product, marketing, and revenue teams. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in analyst relations within tech, strong communication skills, and a track record of successful analyst programs.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in an analyst relations role.
• Experience in technology (networking and/or B2B SaaS strongly preferred).
• Proven success in supporting analyst programs to outcomes.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with product, marketing, and revenue teams.
• Experience managing major analyst programs (Forrester Wave, Gartner MQs, commissioned research).
• Excellent verbal and writing skills.
• Self-motivated team player with strong executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Support overall Analyst Relations program and drive key initiatives.
• Identify key analysts across swim lanes and verticals, focusing on private 5G and Wireless WAN.
• Organize analyst reports and manage the analyst relationship tool.
• Create and execute an analyst interaction calendar and briefings.
• Conduct proactive outreach to keep analysts informed about Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions.
• Develop engagement calendars to identify coverage opportunities.
• Attend select industry events and facilitate on-site analyst meetings.
• Collaborate with product and marketing to complete surveys and vendor reports.
• Provide competitive intelligence and insights to product, marketing, and sales.
