Analyst Relations Specialist

The Analyst Relations Specialist at ExampleCorp will be responsible for managing and executing outreach programs to key industry analysts. This role is based in Seattle, WA and will report to the Head of Communications. The Specialist will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure thatExampleCorp is represented fairly and accurately in the analyst community. Key Responsibilities

The following areas of focus will be central to your role in this position:

• Maintaining relationships with industry analysts who cover the company.
• Responsible for providing analysts with timely and accurate information about the company.
• Working with analysts to ensure that their coverage of the company is accurate and positive.
• Coordinating analyst briefings and meetings.
• Preparing materials for analyst briefings and meetings.
• Monitoring and responding to analyst research.
• Maintaining the company's analyst relations website.
• Managing the company's analyst lists and contacts.
• Conducting analyst surveys and tracking analyst opinion of the company.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as communications, marketing, or business.
• 3-5 years of experience in analyst relations or a related field.
