Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, synthesize, and distribute analyst insights, research reports, and competitive intelligence to support internal product, marketing, and strategy teams across major product lines.
  • Help coordinate and execute proactive AR campaigns that promote Palo Alto Networks’ leadership in core and emerging cybersecurity categories.
  • Partner with senior communications team members to draft briefing materials, pitch decks, and talking points that position company executives and technical subject matter experts as market leaders.
  • Assist in monitoring and tracking company coverage across digital research platforms, AI‑driven evaluation tools, and emerging search engines.
  • Execute day‑to‑day project management for key analyst evaluations (e.g., Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves, IDC MarketScapes), managing timelines, collecting questionnaire inputs, and coordinating review cycles across cross‑functional teams.
  • Track and report on core AR metrics—including coverage volume, analyst inquiries, and event follow‑ups—to help demonstrate program impact on pipeline and sales acceleration.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technical marketing, product marketing, communications, or technical analyst relations within the Cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software space.
  • Foundational technical understanding of cloud environments, enterprise networking, AI, and cybersecurity fundamentals, with the ability to translate complex features into clear business value.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation, with a proven track record of managing multi‑step deliverables, deadlines, and cross‑functional inputs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a team‑first, collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior hands‑on experience coordinating or assisting with major analyst evaluation processes (Gartner MQs, Forrester Waves).
  • Familiarity with research tracking tools and reporting platforms to build analyst coverage reports and measure AR impact.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities and high‑visibility deliverables.
