Job Summary
The Senior Director of Integrated Programs serves as the chief architect and operational leader of our global scaled marketing engine. In this executive role, you operate at the highest level of strategic influence: defining system-level strategy, driving global process efficiency, and shaping our enterprise narrative through the lens of high-impact campaigns across multi-stakeholder environments.
An operational powerhouse and strategic thinker, you combine high-level portfolio vision with a willingness to roll up your sleeves when execution demands it. You do not simply manage campaigns; you actively control campaign messaging, content production standards, and output velocity in close partnership with our Product Marketing, field, in-house Brand and Creative teams. Thriving in fast-paced environments, you remain fluid and highly responsive to immediate turnarounds while connecting integrated program performance to pipeline velocity, revenue acceleration, and global enterprise growth.
The Integrated Marketing team is a key growth driver at Palo Alto Networks®, acting as the central engine connecting our solutions with global customer demand. We work closely with Product Marketing, Regional Field Teams, and Revenue Operations to bring our cybersecurity platform to life through compelling storytelling, multi-channel programs, and data-driven execution. Sitting directly within the central marketing organization, this team thrives on collaboration, rapid experimentation, strategic rigor, and delivering measurable business results.
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below.
