Job summary

Wesco is seeking an Analyst - Rebate in Pittsburgh to perform in-depth data mining and analysis of supplier SPA reconciliation. You will collaborate with external suppliers and our internal supply chain team to justify paybacks and build ongoing accuracy processes.

You will lead special projects for complex suppliers and rebates, coordinating with purchasing, data services, and supplier relations while contributing to process improvements and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• 2–3 years pricing, purchasing or finance analytical experience.
• 2–3 years manipulating data files.
• 2–3 years loading data files into data management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage day-to-day activities.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages claim resolution process for assigned supplier lines.
• Maintains claim dollars where justified.
• Liaises between purchasing, data services, supplier relations and suppliers for claim resolution.
• Serves as point of contact for rebate applications to collect data and findings.
• Identifies process improvement opportunities.
• Assists with onboarding other vendors into centralized support for claim reconciliation.
• Trains Associate Rebate Analysts.
• Runs complex SQL queries to aid research.
• Participates in weekly supplier calls to ensure alignment.

Qualifications

• 2 years required, 3 years preferred of pricing, purchasing or finance analytical experience.
• 2 years required, 3 years of manipulating data files.
• 2 years required, 3 years of loading data files into data management systems.
• Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to operate various types of office equipment including computers.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to prioritize and manage day to day activities.
• Strong interpersonal.
• Collaborative cross functional and management interaction.

Compensation Details: $54,122 - $67,653 Annually

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.

For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan,subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
